Placenta Encapsulation Base

Placenta encapsulation is a Chinese tradition that is beneficial during the postpartum period. Consuming the placenta helps to replenish nutrients lost during birth, as well as balance hormones, and assist with milk production. The placenta is steamed, dehydrated and placed in capsules.

Possible Benefits of placenta encapsulation:

• Assists with improving iron levels

• Helps decrease risk of postpartum depression or baby blues

• Balances hormones

• Assists with building and sustaining milk supply
